Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay. Villa by the Sea has 3 coin-operated laundry rooms accessible with your key cards. ACCOMMODATES: 4 Nearest Beach Boardwalk Crossover: Villas By The Sea Boardwalk***Beach Access May Not Be Available At High Tide*** During high tide, please enjoy the oceanfront boardwalk OR swimming pool at VBTS or use one of the public beach access parks south of the Holiday Inn. NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the unit at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Clean, ocean view!
This place was just right for us. King size bed with a walk in closet, bath tub, kitchen, pull-out couch (only suitable for kids) and a little patio with seats where you can see the ocean. You can walk to driftwood beach. The on property restaurants is supposed to be the highest ranked on the island, but we didn't try it. Large pool, not heated, but the kids didn't care! The playground is right outside the front door! A big climbing tree out back. Fitness center on other side of playground. Coin laundry a couple of buildings down. The only negative was that there was only public wifi from what I could tell. Bring coffee/coffee filters. A great location. Everything was brand new when we visited in spring 2024. Very clean and easy. We really enjoyed our stay!
