"Free parking in hotel but need to call for car 15 mins ahead of time because of valet arrangements. No toilet accessories provided so be informed ahead. Beds were a bit too “bouncy” for my liking. Reasonably quiet."

"The room was clean and small, with a refrigerator. The shower is separated from the toilet area but you only get tiny towels. The check in experience was self service even though it states someone is there from 3pm. I arrived at 9 pm and there was no one around. There was a self service machine but all in Korean. Eventually I found an internal doorbell. Someone arrived and pointed at the machine changed the language to English and disappeared. Other than that everything was great. Good location only 5 mins walk from the bus terminal and local shops. Coffee machine and water dispenser in the lobby."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the bus terminal, making it easy to travel anywhere on the island. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The owner was very welcoming and kindly allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. I was told that around 80% of the guests are international travelers, so it's a great place to meet people and exchange travel tips and local information. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with easy access to all major locations in Jeju City. On top of that, the rates are very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area, offering excellent value for money."

"The rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The cafe/common area was a bit noisy, but the rooms themselves were quiet. Also very easy to get to and from the airport (about 15 minutes by bus)."
