"We stayed in two different rooms for this stay. The location is excellent. Across from the boardwalk along the water for nice and easy stroll. 10-15minute walk to all other shopping and market areas. Lots of food options for dinner. Near a supermarket that had very affordable items to pick up for drinks, snacks and quick to go meals. Good location for tour pick up and 15 minute cab ride to/from airport. Approximately 20,000-30,000 krw for jumbo cab ride The rooms were very basic. The one with 4 twin beds didn’t have a lot of storage space or counters. This made it difficult for our family (2 adults and 2 kids) to store anything. We had to use the second dining room area to store our luggage and couldn’t unpack. This was the newly renovated room. The second room we stayed in (family twin room). This one had enough beds to 3 people and one person had to sleep on the floor which is their version as a futon. It wasn’t very clear when I was booking but thankfully a previous reviewer mentioned this so I rebooked our first few nights to a 4 twin bed room. This room was not a newly renovated room. We had breakfast included. It was a decent breakfast if it’s part of your package. We wouldn’t pay additional market price for it though. There are many more options (likely better) outside of hotel. The staff were nice and professional. Some front desk staff spoke little English but most others were easier to communicate with. "

"This hotel does not have a ramp at the entrance, so you will have to carry all your baggage up the tall stairs. Check in is at 1400. If you want to leave your luggage at the hotel until check in, your luggage will be out in the open in a designated area and not behind a counter. The room has thick steps separating the bedroom and bathroom. I tripped on these steps a few times. There is no conditioner in the bathroom, just bath soap and hand soap. I also sat on the carpeted floor a few times, and in the morning, I woke up with 3 bites, one on the back of my neck, and 2 on my midback. The staff was very polite and smiled at me and greeted me every time. The cleaning lady knocks on my door and asks if I would like a room cleaning. When I declined, she provided towels and water bottles. The smell of old cigarette smoke lingers in the carpet though. The hotel does seem a bit dated but maintained in good condition."

"This is one of my favorite hotels in Jeju. It’s very clean and well-maintained, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and there is ample parking available. It’s also very affordable for the quality and service provided."

"No physical interaction with staffs. All via phone and they were happy to accommodate. Rooms are decently sized and 3 separate beds "

"The property is conveniently located and the room itself is spacious, which makes it a comfortable base for exploring Jeju City. However, do note that there’s a short flight of stairs before reaching the elevator; something to keep in mind if you’re travelling with large or heavy luggage. Service is very minimal; you’ll hardly see anyone on duty. Communication could also be improved. I didn’t receive check-in details beforehand despite a message being sent, and my follow-up went unanswered until much later, after I had already checked out. There’s no air-conditioning during the cooler season, so the room can get stuffy. You can open the window for ventilation, though it can get quite noisy from the street outside. Additionally, luggage storage is chargeable, which wasn’t communicated in advance. Overall, it’s a decent stay if you’re independent and prefer a self-service style accommodation, but best not to expect much assistance or comfort amenities on-site."
