Hotel is conveniently located but there is a lack of food options. There are mosquitoes even in April so I had several bites. I had to use the repellent that was provided.

Average stay. Hotel service needs improvement.
Chose the hotel because of reviews, but overall stay was average. Dusty in many places (low touch points but visible to the eye). Location was slightly inconvenient if you don’t drive. CU within walking distance, limited things nearby otherwise. Daily make up of room was average, shower flow and pressure was bad. One particular day we were informed that the are servicing the hot water tank - and after hot water was almost not available. Was told by front desk they already reset the hot water tank but it takes time to heat up. Imagine that in winter. toilet didn’t flushed well yet when we informed the front desk was told maintenance is off duty and we were told to wait for the water to flow off slowly! Had to go toilet at lobby instead. Front desk couldn’t speak English and we had to use Google translate to communicate with them. Breakfast was average, and not value for money.

Reception and housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful but property is very dated and had strange smell. Overflow parking is a dirt lot across the street. No bath towels available, had to use hand towels.
