Good hotel for the cost, but car/cab required
Bit of an older building but pretty well kept up for the price. Location isn't amazing, kind of need to cab or drive everywhere. Some stuff relatively close but at least 15-20 minute walk. Would stay in the building again, but would look for a more central area next time.

I liked the fact that they cleaned everything whenever I asked them to. We could order food from outside. The breakfast lady was very kind and gave us a great service.

A nice place to lay ur head
It was a good overall. The breakfast was good. The rooms were a tad small and there isnt heat in the bathrooms but all was clean so no real complaints.

Very clean, nice, and friendly staff! One of the better hotels I've stayed at. Only complaint is that they turn the heating and cooling on/off seasonally.

I knowingly booked the best room at the top floor for such a good price! I felt like a millionaire. Only thing is that the hotel seemed a little behind in it's technology (they still use do not disturb signs and make up room signs instead of the built-in light.) Also they don't allow outside food&drinks which is a bummer. But an amazing and cozy experience overall 😊

Couple free and easy trip
The staffs are friendly, I was having some problems with my rental car, 1 of the staff is very helpful to solve the problem. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. It is not so near to the Dongmun market but if you rent a car then it is no issue. The parking is free, hotel car park is quite small but you can park along roadside. Overall I quite enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is 10 mins from the airport by taxi and has easy access to other attractions in Jeju (by bus). When you use the taxi to get here from the station just tell the taxi driver the hotel name and most of them will know the destination (the hotel name is pronounced as ‘aijin’). Our room was fresh and clean. The staffs were incredibly friendly and would give out helpful guides if you ask them. They can speak English well and some even speak Japanese pretty well too. Highly recommended.

Good value for stay
Good value, friendly staff, clean rooms with everything we needed. No issues. Is a 10-15 minute walk to a lot of what's happening in Yeondong area, but wasn't difficult to navigate. Would stay again.

Staff are nice, Hotel is close to Airport
Suite Room with big balcony and big couch, love it so much. Hotel is 10mins taxi away from airport and around 15mins walk to Lotte Mart

Great room but couple use work on other things.
Great rooms. Only wished I could plug in my devices into the tv so I could enjoy my content. Also wished they had amenities like a clothes iron. Other than that it was great. Oh in a side note the breakfast pork had sand or dirt in it. They need to wash the fresh green onions better. Keep an eye out for that.

No ironing facilities. AC turned off at night and upon opening window was called asking us to close the window because of wind. They must conduct 'window partrols'. Maybe there have been previous problems with windows and wind (not nice to think about)! Of course, management could avoid such problems by generously allowing customers the use of the air conditioning that the hotel advertises as part of their facilities. Many Korean hotels have this practice and I suspect other hotels worldwide do the same. Money grabbers! The hotel breakfast was korean style (with scrambled egg and toast as well) - quite good standard and some variation day to day. All hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good with variety and some changes from day to day which is good for a longer stay. Room was a good size with a view and good light. Spacious bathroom. Nice toiletries. Comfy bed. Plenty of eating options nearby.

Very helpful staff and near to nice eateries!
The staff at this hotel speak English well and are able to help me with directions, booking taxi etc. Greet us everytime we pass by too! The hotel is within walking distance to good eateries and 20min to Lotte mart, very convenient.

Always a great experience
4th time staying in this hotel. Nice,clean and big room. Near to the airport and bus terminal jus few stops away. Not forgetting sumputous breakfast everyday. All these with affordable price!!!

A Wonderful Stay
Overall experience staying in this hotel was beyond what I expected – Modern Design, Room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is good and healthy. On my first of arrival to the hotel, Mr. Hyun , provided me with useful information when I just asked about any good places for me to visit and he guided me with clear instruction how to get to the food and shopping district that near the hotel. Besides, I felt warm welcoming and greeting by all the receptionists with a smile when every time I went out and came back to the hotel. On last day, Ms. Lee helped me to explain the taxi driver to get to the airport. Once again, would like to say thanks you 감사합니다.

Awesome Hotel
Very helpful receptionist, free beer, free nail treatment and free lucky draw which i won a cup of Americano. Room is clean and nice. Very quiet stay. Location is good, very close to many bus stop.

Check in staff is very patient and helpful. Gives a very good explanation and info on where and how to get around the city, in English as we are zero in korean other than kamsamida. Gives little surprises like a lucky dip, free beer coupon, nail care. Room clean and spacious as compared with Seoul. Double bed is bigger than those in Seoul, single is super single. Room amenities are business hotel type. On check out, helps in getting taxi and even load luggage to taxi. Tried giving tip but he didn't want to accept. Buffet breakfast was sufficient with general good spread of cereals, toast, juices, korean food salad etc

Good Stay

Super Comfort Hotel.
It was great I was able to book hotel. I didn't expect a lot since the price wasn't that much, I paid around seventh USD. But, the hotel is worth more than 100 a night. modernized design and a big hotel in such a small areas (you will understand what I mean once you are there). Parking wasn't that easy for there were only about 10 spots in B1 floor. I was told there are more extra parking space available in front of the building but I never had a chance to park there. All employees in the hotel are well trained and super friendly. Great hotel, highly recommended!

Budget Hotel for a comfortable stay
I spent 7 nights in this small hotel in late September. Services are generally good and staff are helpful. Room is clean and reasonably comfortable. Bathroom is spacious but short of cabinet/benches and hanging string/tools. Buffet breakfasts are satisfactory and better to serve more choices, particularly on salads and fruits. Bus stops and restaurants are within walking distance. Overall, this is a great choice of value.

Cosy, clean hotel. Good size room, huge bathroom. Lovely service. Good complimentary breakfast. Safe, quiet area. Though a little far from shops, cafes, food. About ~7 min from bus stop to airport. ~15 min from down town

For a 3 star hotel this was best affordable hotel i stayed in Jeju. Hotel staff go out of their way to sort you out even with limited english. No free breakfast, it costs i think 10 000wons. Room was clean and fresh everyday, you will find it hard to leave your room. Well done Benikea highly recommended
