This property is located about 25 minutes from National Bridge Park and is the perfect quiet retreat location.
The cabin is in a nice remote area, quietly nestled in at the base of a hill on a private road. The front porch is very inviting as you can rock and chill looking at the horse barn and cows.
In the back there is a covered, screened porch and what looks like a smoking table. In the corner, there’s an unfilled Hot Tub.
Inside there is a full/twin bunk in one room and a king in the master. The king was quite comfy. There is also an office.
Fresh towels and soap/body wash were provided.
The kitchen is nicely stocked with the necessary cooking utensils and cookware.
There was a K-cup but not a standard coffee pot.
Also provided were a plethora of seasonings, and kitchen staples which was very kind. I was able to make scrambled eggs for my son the first morning without having to jet to the store first thing.
The fireplace was quite nice & the host did provide firewood. Bring some kindling.
Dogs are allowed & you can tell it by sight and smell. If you have a sensitive nose, the couch will not be your favorite spot to hang out until you spray it down.
Also, there is no wifi provided and tho we tried, the TV would never connect for us to watch anything. But there was just enough signal to do what was needed and it was nice not to have on the noise of the TV.
All in all, I would totally stay there again & the Host, Julia is a doll.
