Enjoy a spectacular getaway in this spacious and comfortable home while being in the heart of the White Mountains close to everything the north country has to offer! ATV, hiking, hunting, fishing, skiing, and direct snowmobile trail access. This home is located directly next to the Waumbeck Golf Course, Santa's Village, and Fort Jefferson. Easy access to Bretton Woods and Mount Washington.

You will have access to the first and second floors of the Applebrook B&B located on 5 acres of land, decks, back yard with firepit, gas grill, outdoor furniture, with direct mountain views. So much to do and see here. Please note this listing does not include the third floor of the home, please see our other listing to book all three floors.

You will have your own private entrance and only the outdoor areas which are plenty of space for everyone may be shared. Please inquire in advance if you'd like to host a function or event at this location. Extra fees may apply and we must be notified in advance. We have a no pets policy but may be able to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis and a pet fee is required.

Our stay at Applebrook was wonderful. We had 15 people (10 adults and 5 kids ages 8-1). We rented it because it is only a 3 minute ride to Santa’s Village. It was very comfortable and more than enough room for us.The kitchen, dining area and living room are all huge. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

We are a group of seven couples and it is an annual tradition to rent a home in October to get away and enjoy the foliage. This is by far one of the best homes we have stayed at!! Five rooms had their own private bath and 2 couples had to share a bathroom. The dining room had seating for 24 people. The views of the mountains and the foliage were spectacular!! Large windows in the living room & sunroom area and the sun shines right in! Big fire pit out back with benches and chairs. A nice deck with a patio table also out back. I would recommend this to any large group!
