About this property

Exclusive Lakehouse

  • This house is located on a private lake in the Northern Catskill Region. The house sits just 50 feet from the lake with a large deck and beach area for small children.

    We are approximately 3 hours from NYC.

    Come relax and appreciate the fresh mountain air and enjoy the peaceful serenity of the lake and its surroundings. Enjoy hiking, fishing, swimming, and relaxation or watching the eagles.

    If you love fishing there are small and large mouth bass, pickerel, sunnies, perch, and catfish. Fish from the shore or on the kayaks or rowboat included or just explore the lake.

    We are 30 minutes from Oneonta, Cobleskill, and Delhi. We are 45 minutes from Hunter Mountain, Ski Windham and Cooperstown. We are 30 minutes from Cooperstown All Star Village and 40 mins from Cooperstown Dreams Park.
