I just wanted a yeti cup full of ice and water. Also, the hot water was turned off for the hot chocolate after breakfast. So coffee is available all day but hot water only in the morning-yet hot chocolate and iced tea packets are available? It was 48 degrees Saturday, and hot tea would have been nice. I ask 3 different staff members over the weekend for "Yello" -ice and hot water and my response was "no English". How can staff properly provide customer service if they can't speak English? Breakfast sausage was great, powedered eggs were not. Waffle was great, some fresh fruit would have been nice."
