"I am not one for negative reviews and realize hard to maintain, manage properties. But it is "on the market" as a rental and you have an obligation given that to manage a few things well for your customers. That is clearly not being done with this property. What started as likely pretty mediocre quality "camp" like structure has significant deferred maintenance issues. The outside entry way is essentially plywood, frost heaved pavers, peeling paint. "Stayed at the Grammy Jay Getaway for a weekend up at Jay Peak and it was the perfect fit for us. Check in was easy, the condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need to cook at home. We'd absolutely stay here again!"

"This place worked out pretty well for a quick snowboarding trip. The condo is a bottom level, the entrance is around the back of the building. If there are people in the condo above you, you'll hear the louder noises come through. Everything was clean and in good shape, except for the door and electronic lock.
