"We loved our stay at Villa Espada. Beautiful villa in a location that was easily accessible to Javea and Arenal beach.We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children and had a car which made everything accessible.The outside kitchen was really nice for the warm nights so we made the most of the April sunshine.Thanks. "We really enjoyed our time at the Villa, Simon and Linghua were very responsive to any queries we had. The Villa was clean, the view was spectacular and the pool was right up the kids street. The supermarket was across the street but you wouldn’t know it was there once in the Villa. It was really handy. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you both for a wonderful stay"

"Property a bit dated, there were bugs on the sofa and had german but no UK TV. Breakfast was adequate, sauaages / scrambled egg, ham , cheese, bread, croissants and fruit (tea coffee and juice. However I am Vegetarian and also Gluten Free so I had scrambled egg and cheese. They did offer GF bread but it was a still frozen bread roll so couldnt be toasted. It was 10 euro so it eas OK for what I needed and two plates of what is basically acheeae omelette with drinka made it worth the money but could have been better"

"We have just returned from a two week stay here and have to say, we loved it.The Villa is a large 5 bedroom property, tucked away on the edge of Teulada and it delivered in every way possible. The swimming pool was a great size and kept us all entertained for the fortnight. We loved the bubble over the top as it meant we could use the pool all day and not get burnt (it was very hot!). The bubble over the top of the pool is made up so that you can lift up the side panels on both sides of the pool, so you still have a roof but no sides. Outside there is also a table tennis table in the back garden, that didn't get much use as it was just too hot to stay out there for long without jumping in the pool. With that in mind, there is also a car port at the back gate of the property which was very effective in keeping the car nice and cool.We loved the lemon tree outside the back door and used many of them in our food and drinks.There is also a pool table, inside, which was where we all gathered most evenings, if we weren't out exploring the area.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need and the large cupboard off of the kitchen has every pot, pan and appliance you could want for whipping up any delicious meal you'd like.The bedrooms are all large and generously furnished. Our master bedroom was beautiful. The bed was enormous and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Thank you Keiron for helping with everything. A wonderful trip, I think we'll be back."

"We had a lovely stay in the villa. Very quiet neighbourhood so it was peaceful. The pool area was lovely and welcome on the hot days. As was the air-conditioning in each bedroom.The villa has all the necessities you need, including things to cook with and has been well lived in.Didier was a brilliant host and very communicative for our whole stay.
