A perfect romantic or family getaway! 2 bedroom villa with private pool in Javea

Beautiful, spacious 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms villa distributed in 2 independent levels of which only the lower one is for rent in this advert.

You will enjoy the lovely views on "Montgo" mountain, the valley and its surroundings while staying in a quite residencial area.

The house grounds are beautifully landscaped and the private 10X5 pool is surrounded by an outdoor kitchen area with a gas BBQ. The pool deck includes lounge chairs in the sun and shaded areas to enjoy a meal or a nap.

The house, located a short 10 minutes drive to gorgeous beaches is also very close to all the restaurants, shops and nightlife of Javea, as well as outdoor sport activities, sightseeing, local culture and traditions.
This will make this house the perfect place to spend your holidays with your family and friends.

It consists of 2 fully independent levels of which only the lower one is for rent in this advert and the owners might be staying in the upper level, but if so, will fully respect your privacy. Upon request, the upper level could remain closed and unocuppied for the duration of your stay.
