Staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Bimo on front desk. Property very clean and the room very comfortable.

The hotel is in central area amide a number of malls. We were very fortunate and grateful to be upgraded to very large and comfortable rooms. Entry to the lobby on the fifth floor is via a drop off area at ground level.Breakfasts were good with varied food offerings. Check out was easy and efficient.

Stayed 2 nights at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Diponegoro for a business trip, and as always, Hilton never disappoints! Their 24-hour gym is a huge plus, and the local breakfast options were definitely a highlight. And of course, don’t forget to grab their signature cookies before heading home—a little...

My wife and I had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Marriott. The room was luxurious, breakfast was terrific with an array of tasty options and the service from the hotel staff and management was impeccable.
