You need to put a lot more signs in the airport directing you to your property. The stay was very nice.

It is connected to the airport so we were able to walk safely with our luggage! So convenient and affordable to stay at the airport while in transit. We will stay again The only thing that was not perfect was the breakfast food was not kept hot. The food was delicious and a lovely variety of things to eat

Very Nice Hotel in CGK T3

The stay was for a few hours of good sleep before catching a 5:30am flight from T3 international. This hotel is located in T3 domestic end, however within easy walk to the international area (less than 10 minutes, including dragging wheeled suitcases). The property looks fairly new and very clean. It served the purpose well as it gave us a good 4 hour sleep. The staff was very friendly as in most hotels in Indonesia. Thank you Grand Anara for the excellent stay.

Great to stay

The only downside is that room service cannot be ordered, and the bar in the lobby closes too early. I visited the lounge bar at 8 PM, but it was already closed, so I couldn't have a drink. Other than that, everything was satisfying.

New hotel, not really ready to host people. No signage to find the hotel, which is extremely confusing because it has almost the same name as one at the other end of the airport (Anara vs. Grand Anara). The restaurant isn’t done, so you can’t eat there or order room service— highly important for an airport hotel. It doesn’t show up on maps yet, which meant I tried to order food to be delivered and it was a fiasco, with one of the meals I ordered being lost entirely.

Not quite finished yet...

A new hotel with a lot of potential, but it was probably opened too fast as it's still under construction. The hotel description is incorrect - there is no gym or pool (not finished yet). There is no option for a takeaway breakfast if you need to check out before breakfast time. It was extremely difficult to find it as there were no signs at the airport - even though we landed at terminal 3 (where the hotel is located), it took us close to an hour to find it. It would be helpful for the hotel to send the directions to the customers. Finally, we had a 6 am flight from another terminal, and found out that the only way to get there was to take a taxi, which cost the same as taking a taxi to the city center. I think it will be a very nice hotel once it's finished, but I wouldn't recommend staying there now

空港直結、便利が良すぎる。 第3ターミナル国内線出発側の端っこのエレベーターで一つ降りて、右に向かって歩き、突き当たり左に進むとホテルの入り口があります。 到着の場合は、国内線側の端っこのエレベーターで一つ上がると行けます。 空港から出なくても繋がってます。 部屋は新しくて、きれい。 フライトが早くて数時間しか滞在できなかったので、残念。 次回もし泊まるなら、連泊したいくらい。
