"Nice enough place in itself and great and helpful staff but 2 things got me. First the air conditioning unit leaked water and could not be used or else I would have flooded the room and a technician was not available until after I left the next day (1 night stay). Considering check in was 3pm and I reported this about 4pm this really isn't very good that there is no technician available. Next was the location, though not far from the town centre it's not in a great location but I suppose that's why it's affordable just a note for others to consider if booking"

"Bon accueil. Hôtel proche futuroscope et zone commerciale. Chambre avec frigo et micro-ondes appréciable. Un gros moins sur les WC jaunis par le tartre et tâche derrière chasse d'eau, bouton marche arrêt de la télécommande de la TV qui ne fonctionne pas avec obligation de débrancher la tv."

"Great hotel to visit futurascope, basic room but very comfortable good air con. Restaurant was good we came out of park to eat then went back for the night show. Park is about 10/15 mins walk. Breakfast was ok €13pp buffet style."

"This place is perfect for a stop over while driving through France. The buffet style breakfast is excellent value for money as is the hotel itself. There’s secure parking and you can top up with groceries from the next door supermarket before you hit the road again. Will be looking out for other Ace hotels while traveling in the future."

"Fabulous location and just next door was a wonderful restaurant, but they were so under-staffed, the waiters literally ran through the restaurant to serve the people on the little deck in front of it and sitting out under the lights in the center of a square. The parking garage was tiny and intense. We felt certain that we must have gone into the wrong one. It was like someone's personal basement. We were deliberating on what to do and the nice young man at the front desk saw us and showed us where to park. It was a little disconcerting for him to tell us that he goes off duty at 7, so we needed to remember the code to get back in, but it worked. Our room was completely pink - walls and doors. Our room was over the next door restaurant so we heard kitchen noise, but it wasn't bad. There was no A/C and the day had gotten a little warm, so we wanted to suck in as much cool air as we could before we closed the window."

"Somewhat brusque check in but all other staff could not do enough for you including the lovely lady on breakfast who was kind enough to sit us in the bar and get us a coffee when we explained we didn't want a full breakfast despite being rushed off her feet. There is a pizza vending machine in the carpark which actually is not bad."
