The staff was accommodating with our needs, but if you want a relaxing place to stay, I would avoid this place due to the inconsiderate noisy people staying at the hotel, and most importantly the train blowing his whistle throughout the night. Staff was really nice and courteous; my room was always perfectly clean. My only complaint is because water in the shower wasn’t have pressure! Definitely came back in my next trip to Guadalajara. Thank for all your kindness!!!
