We now have 4 amazing properties directly above the Jamestown Marina and 2 boat ramps..
Come and check out our renovated lake house that sits above the Jamestown Resort & Marina on beautiful Lake Cumberland. It is nestled in the edge the woods on a dead end road in the Harbor Springs Community with only a few residence so no through traffic, creating a quiet vacation retreat. Our home is fully equipped for your family and friends. We have a huge concrete driveway that will fit multiple cars, trucks or suvs. There is plenty of room to park your boat, personal watercraft or trailer if you choose to dock your boat for the weekend.

The house has an open floor plan which we love and is great for cooking, entertaining, playing games, chilling, etc.. The main floor has one large bedroom (King Bed) with attached full bath, kitchen, living room, laundry/pantry. The second floor has an awesome view of the downstairs from the overlooking breezeway that leads to each of the two bedrooms. The first bedroom has 1 queen bed and a bunk bed with plenty of room to spare. It has has an attached full bath that also opens to the second upstairs bedroom. The second bedroom has a king bed. There are ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms and the main living room area. All Bedrooms have TVs and DVD players for your entertaining needs.

A home away from home!

We had a fabulous stay at this home and had everything that we needed. Jared was very nice and fast to response to any questions. The location was perfect for us to take our boat to put in the water. my son and I tournament trip!

My son and I rented this house for a week as we were there to fish the NBAA bass tournament. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Our 22 foot boat and truck fit in the driveway easily which was really nice. The location was perfect. We will definitely stay at this house again in the future!

Great Cabin

We stayed here for the 2023 Poker Run. Great cabin! Clean and cozy. Just a short drive to Jamestown marina where we keot our boat. We will definitely return!!

Perfect location and size

This house fit our needs very well. The room layouts and having 2 bathrooms worked really well. Was a short drive to the boat ramp. The driveway was wide enough for our car and the truck and boat to park each night. We will plan to stay here again upon our return.

We Loved It!!

For several years a small group of our friends from high school get together and go to Lake Cumberland a couple of times each summer. We all thought this was the nicest place we have ever stayed in. It is beautiful, clean, nicely decorated and the owners provided all the amenities that we needed. We definitely hope to be back next year!

4th of July Family Weekend at Lake Cumberland

This is a great house for a family or group of friends. It was clean, comfortable and headroom on the porch and the kitchen and the family room for everyone to be together. And also had a driveway, big enough for us to get our truck and boat trailer and also another vehicle with our JetSki trailer in off of the street

Awesome Property

This property was great. The location was close to Lily Creek Ramp. It was clean and all the appliances worked and the beds were wonderful. Drive was big enough to park the F250 truck pulling the boat trailer. Neighborhood was really quiet. Hosts were wonderful and responsive to concerns. Wish I could have given them more than 5 stars. I would definitely stay here again.

GREAT ACCOMODATIONS

WE STAYED FOR THE WEEKEND TO GO TO THE LAKE AND IT WAS PERFECT. THE HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN. THEY HAD ALL THE NECESSITIES THERE THAT WERE NEEDED. THE HOSTS WERE VERY RESPONSIVE ANY TIME WE HAD A QUESTION AND THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!

Great home close to lake.

Beautiful home. Spacious, clean. Screened in porch. Very close to lake. Had everything we needed. Sweet welcome snacks. Home larger than appears in pictures . Beds so comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here and hope to be back next year.

Very nice accommodation

Many things to like about this VRBO. The owner met us at the door and offered his assistance if we needed anything. The house was very clean and stocked with all the essentials. It is in a very convenient location..just 2 miles to Jamestown Marina. All bedrooms had TVs. The only thing that would have made it perfect was to have cable service at least for the living room TV. We tried to use Hulu on that TV, but the TV was not compatible with the Hulu app. It was not a real big deal, and I would definitely stay there again.
