"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful given our situation where we had to take care of sick family member at RSHS.
The staff ensured that we can have rooms to stay in daily basis.

We were also given free bottles of water each day and a decent Indonesian breakfast. The room was basic, but had a large bed which was clean and comfortable. I did not encounter any lapses with the house keeping as I had read at some other rating websites and found them...
"The employees of the hotel were very nice and polite. However, there were some issues with this hotel. First, the refrigerator didn't work - the door was hot to the touch. Second, the hot water in the shower kept cutting out, and it stopped working altogether. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but it was satisfactory for a simple breakfast. The room was a bit dark. Overall, the hotel wasn't that bad, but next time, if we stay in Bandung, I think we will stay somewhere else. 3/5"
