One bad experience!

I have informed my last minute cancellation thru the email Hotel.com, due to unavaillabilitya of a non smoking room. They showed me the smoking room and the room was unhealthy, the bed has alot yellowish spot, the bathroom looks an old bathroom. I was very dissapointed and tired. Now, I am waiting from Hotel.com. of my cancellatiion at Puri Jaya Hotel.

Etwas verwohnt und nicht ganz sauber

Hotel und auch das Zimmer präsentierten sich etwas verwohnt und nicht ganz sauber. Klimaanlage funktionierte nach einigen Versuchen der Servicekraft, ließ sich aber kaum regulieren.

I booked for 3 nights but could not stay any longer. I was depressed the first night. It was not maintained, the towels were not properly cleaned and I ended up taking a shower without using the towel.
