10 minutes away from the airport. Property had a live band at dinner during a week day. In house restaurant offered all you can eat buffet dinner. Hotel is clean. Their gym could use some cleaning and equipment maintenance.

Nearby CGK Jakarta airport, it needs around 15min Taxi drive to get around, I was too naive to think I could get to hotel by walking. very clean and comfortable. only stay one night to transfer.

Dirty and worn

Found lots of long, black hairs in my bed, so had to change room. Generally dirty and very worn. Hotel needs refurbishment. Air-conditioning is very loud, and barely has any effect at all. Restaurant food was mediocre. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Another night before a morning flight

Standard room; food okay; clean enough. Shuttle bus still at limited times and still too many people trying to use the morning shuttles. Hotel should stop being so cheap and run more shuttles. The buses are already there, as are the staff to drive them, so provide the hotel to airport shuttle more often. This is the one key thing for a successful airport hotel: easy access! Ibis Styles has the perfect location for access, but then runs shuttles infrequently???

Terrible Costumer Service

The service aspect of this hotel, was terrible. I called ahead to request the airport shuttle, and they confirmed to me they’d be there to pick us up when we arrived. We ended up waiting over 2 hours to get picked up, longer than our flight was originally. Even after we called them many times. The following morning they had lost our breakfast order and didn’t bring us breakfast. We called and asked and it took another hour. We stayed two nights, and had paid for a nicer room the second night and when I went to check out of my first room, they refused to put us in the second room that we already pid for. All in all, the stay was very infuriating

Convenient location just within 10 minutes from the airport, and the airport shuttle service made it easy for our early morning flight. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful with our luggage, which made our stay even smoother. Great option for travelers needing a quick stay near the airport.
