The staff was exceptionally warm, empathetic and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The team was attentive and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Anwar for making our breakfast extra special by offering ginger tea when my daughter and I were unwell especially with so much rainfall Jakarta weather in January. You're setting a high bar. Please continue your superb efforts.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. The only small issues were the street noise at night and a slightly slow-draining sink. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience.
