It was a really quick check in, but had to make two separate trips downstairs because the card keys wouldn’t work. I finally gave up and the cleaning staff lady had let me in. 3 set of keys finally worked when I went downstairs later. But other than that everything else was good.

Schönes Hotel, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit ist gut. Im Bad sieht man allerdings das die Fugen bei den Fließen teilweise komplett Schwarz sind. Hat uns nicht gestört. Spa und Gym sind gut.

非衛生的で不親切なホテル

チェックインの時に、フロントスタッフは並んでいるのを見て混んでいるのをわかっているのに、ひと声もかけずに無視して通り過ぎていき、部屋に入れば、バスタオルは使う前からカビが生えていました。神経質な人には、泊まるにはちょっと厳しいホテルかも知れません。
