Clean room, excellent staff, nice food in Relish Bistro. The two bedroom is spacious with all the amenities inside. This is the second time staying in this hotel. Will come back every year for sure.

Malls, big things within jakarta were not incredibly close and getting from airport was a long ride. Otherwise room was beautiful, even had small kitchen to re heat or make things as well as laundry which was very effective. I know its a part of the culture but there's no warning about the prayers that are played at random hours for tourists which woke me up many times.

The restaurant and pool were lovely. The hotel feels tranquil in the middle of such a big and bustling city. It was our first stop after a very long flight and we appreciated the helpful staff.

Strategical Location. We had dinner in the bistro, and one of the dishes we ordered, the Salmon steak, was not fully cooked. The staff member was quick to acknowledge the issue, though — room for improvement.

Fantastic hotel, close to Monas and Gambir train station which was very convenient for us. All staff where very nice, I mention Bella, Dandi & Ravel at front of house. But everyone is very professional and friendly. Top notch restaurant and facilities.
