The location is extremely poor and felt unsafe to step outside the hotel area. The rooms were in a very bad condition. The door handle of our room broke when we tried to open it, leaving us locked inside. The Air-conditioning did not work in another room. The room was also full of mosquitoes. The food was terrible and grossly overpriced. We ordered a meal that cost nearly four times the normal rate, yet the quality was very poor. Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience.

It's 20 ride from the airport and they offer shuttle to airport every 2 hrs from the hotel. However, the property is very old which could use some renovation and also the cleanliness can be better. Would have paid a little more to stay ibis or Swissbel with that pricing.

Had so many bugs my room had to be sprayed which left us outside for several hours. No free shuttle to or from the airport and was charged for each passenger. Room had light bulbs out they never replaced all of them and had a terrible sweater smell. Then the noise was so bad my walls were literally vibrating like I was at a concert Tried for refund or discount and would not cooperate at all. Will never go back and recommend the same for you. Don’t go!

Layover Hotel

Decent stay for those passing through Jakarta on a short layover. We had been flying / transiting through airports for 28 hours, and with another 10 hours between flights, we wanted some proper rest on an actual bed. We pretty much passed out after we each had a shower (which had hot water) and were able to get a bit of sleep before our next flight.

What i didn't like was that our air conditioning wasn't working well, and the next morning we supposed to check out at 11 am but my mother inlaw got a phone call from the front office while we were all sleeping around 7:30 am saying that we had to check out by 8 am i was very upset so we did that check out and i told them that we supposed to check out by 11 not 8 but they tried to oppaulagize to me but i said its to late were are already up and our car was loaded, plus it says free breakfast for 4 so i assume senses i had reserve 2 rooms and had 8 people including kids under 7 i had to pay for 4 people and 4 eat free i was more upset..

Acceptable "transit hotel"

Everything was ok, but only one thing made some problems. They could not answer to my 5 e-mails (during two months !!) with questions in respect of airport shuttle to hotel (this was one of the main reason, why I choose this hotel !!). Of course, when we arrived, there were nobody who wait for us, so we needed call to the hotel and ask for transfer. After more than hour, they came (ok, traffic was terrible, so I do not want say anything to the hotel about this hour). But, by me strong opinion, if hotel is in hotels.com, they MUST check e-mails. Good things - hotel is cheap, clean, with good breakfest and quite close to the airport. So in overall - it is ok option for overnight stay during transit, but it is all..
