The building is old. Unfortunately it seems like they do not maintain the building properly. The sink was (almost) clogged, no curtain in the shower space which make the entire bathroom wet and flooded. There are a lot of cocroach moving around the room. It was really disgusting.

juanda駅から歩いて３分位で到着。コンビニへは歩いて１分。とにかく立地が便利です。モスク、カテドラル、モナスともに徒歩圏内です。

Bad cleanliness for bathroom

Kamar mandi kotor sekali dan bau kecoak & tai kecoa dipinggir kloset. Lantai shower berlumut disekelilingnya. Exhaust fan tidak berfungsi.

Stay at Amaris

The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast delicious. It is within walking distance to Juanda Station which makes going to Bogor or other parts of Jakarta easy. There are also numerous eateries around and food street is also within walking distance. The room I was in look somewhat old and could do with a refurbishment though; eg. the blinds were dirty and there was algae on the toilet walls and the bedsheets were not pristine white.

variasi menu breakfast cukup bervariasi tiap harinya dengan rasa yg enak. pelayanan sangat ramah hanya harus nya untuk ruang an merokok jangan disediakan d satu lantai yg sama dengan lokasi kamar kamar, sediakan sj d lantai atas terbuka. saluran tv / cable untuk anak anak tidak ada, ada baiknya disediakan juga agar anak anak yang ikut menginap tidak bosan jika sedang di kamar.

Great budget hotel

This was close to Juanda bus station. Great location if you're checking out Monas. We enjoyed the stay despite noisy kids in the morning.

Super emplacement pour visiter Jakarta

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel, pour notre dernière nuit à Jakarta avant de rentrer en France, pour son emplacement près du Monas, de la Mosquée Istiqal et de la Cathédrale Sainte-Marie et effectivement nous n'avons mis que quelques minutes, pour nous y rendre à pied. La chambre était très confortable et le buffet "petit déjeuner" varié (les œufs sont préparés à la demande). Le personnel était accueillant, souriant et très attentionné (on a pu prendre une douche après 12H00, avant de repartir à l'aéroport). Indra Hermawan, le sympathique manager de l'hôtel, a vécu 5 ans en France et parle très bien le français. Il échange volontiers avec les clients. Nous recommandons donc vivement cet hôtel et y retournerons avec plaisir, si l'occasion se présente.

Prima hotel vlakbij bij het treinstation

We zochten een hotel vlakbij het treinstation. Het was een prima hotel met een nette kamer en vriendelijk personeel. Het personeel sprak goed Engels.

移動に便利なホテル

ジュアンダ駅に近くトランスジャカルタのバス停にも近いのでアクセス抜群です。 セブンイレブンも近くにありジュアンダ駅中にサークルKもあるので便利です。 スタッフも気さくで清潔感があるので良いホテルだと思う、強いて言うなら冷蔵庫が有ったら良いのにと思う

Very nice hotel in Jakarta center

I stayed 2 nights in Amaris hotel juanda the room was very clean and comfortable it has everything you need. The decoration is modern and the bathroom very practical. I would definitely stay again if i visit Jakarta:)

Terrible staff, locked me out of my room, excessive charges taking advantage of guests. Humiliated in front of 7 staff members at front desk.

Personal amable y competente Hotel muy bien situado. Se puede acceder andando a los principales lugares del centro de Jakarta. Esta a unos 100 metros de la estación de Juanda, tanto de tren(se llega a la estación de Kota en un momento) como de bus urbano

Ideal como hotel de paso

No estuvimos ni 12 horas en el hotel, ya que debiamos coger el tren para irnos a yogyakarta. El hotel esta muy bien situado en Yakarta si tienes que coger el tren. Alrededor tienes el Momas, la sinagoga y la catedral de Yakarta que creo que es lo mas interesante de la ciudad.

駅近、交通至便できれいなホテル

Juanda駅から徒歩２分ほどと非常に至便な立地で、電車やトランスジャカルタにすぐ乗ることができ、非常に便利な立地だった。また、大通りに面していてホテル前にはタクシーが常駐しているので、空港へ向かうときにタクシーがつかまらない（小さい通りに面したホテルだとこういうことがよくあります）こともなく、安心して利用できた。 室内は白と赤を基調にしたデザインで新しく、エアコンもよく効いて水回りも清潔で非常に快適だった。周辺は交通量の多いところだが、外からの騒音もあまり気にならず、快眠できた。朝食は１階の食堂で食べられるが、パンやナシゴレン等の他にスタッフの方がオムレツを焼いており、ボリュームのある食事ができる。 私はジャカルタで電車に乗ることが多いので、これからはここを常宿にしたいと思う。
