The properties, pools, golf course, shops, the harbor being close by with more shops, and eateries close to all of the many tours and beaches are just some of the amazing things about this property. They brought in live music and buffets that were amazing. The beach club suites were amazing. Having a kitchen, a living room, and a washer and dryer. We’re also amazing amenities.

This property is on the pacific coast inside a very large, gated community that contains other exclusive properties. Service is excellent. We literally had Tucans nesting a few feet from the room.

Everyone is so amazing and helpful. All of the staff was always willing to help no matter what you needed. It’s about a 10 min drive from Jaco and they have a transportation service onsite. It’s especially helpful when you are traveling with a large group (there were 8 of us).

The grounds and buildings were beautifully laid out and emaculatly maintained. The room decor was fairly new and very nice, with striking wood furniture. There was some green washing. A little sign in the bathrooms urged us to save water and be conscious, but they changed the towels and bedding daily regardless of what we did. However, our only real complaint was the chairs. Not one was comfortable or designed to make you want to linger.

Our rooms were were excellent, clean and new. Not ready for 2 hours after check in time. The main building was very nice but exterior looking a little tired. Made reservations for an outside table through open table which the hotel website redirects you to but we’re told that it was not available. Extremely disappointing as we followed the appropriate process. Food there was OK. Stand up paddle boards not readily available so reserved however we were told to come in 15 minutes earlier than our allowed time. They had made an error in the reservation Overall very nice hotel however there procedures/reservations work.

Beautiful hotel nearby Jaco beach, we were a group of 5 and stayed at the 2 bedroom villa, it was very spacious and very convenient that the room had a washer and dryer. Hotel pool is amazing and there is plenty of parking on site

I would recommend this resort for any purpose. The vacation club room was well appointed with all of the amenities you might have at home. The staff was so friendly and helpful from the bell service to the check in folks to the golf course cart service. What a nice golf course!

Unfortunately Expedia does not clearly state that there is a resort fee which is not included in the price. I became aware of the $40 fee until I checked in. It would’ve been better for me to purchase directly from the Marriott website.

The apartments at the Vacation Club are really nice, new and well equipped. Nice views and balconies also. What I didn’t like and will make me not return is the checkin time at 4 pm and check out at 10 am?? First resort I ever stay that makes you leave at 10 am on a Sunday. Not worth the money!

The hotel it’s beautiful, I stayed at The villas that they just built. Marriott Vacation Club The rooms are super clean and spacious, the beds are amazing with plenty pillows with brand new duvet and sheets. The staff is friendly and always helpful but they have strict policy’s and it’s like they can’t never help you. During my stay I got a number of apologies for not being able to help me. They should be more flexible with the check-out since the hotel wasn’t so busy. And the check-in it’s at 4pm and check-out is at 10am... not common.

Mucho dinero para tampocos servicios cobran hasta por parques el carro no hay transporte dentro del resort. No me gustó para nada las habitaciones pequeñas camas pequeñas para el precio que pague.

La experiencia en Marriott Vacation Club fue excelente. La habitación muy cómoda y confortable. La limpieza excelente. El problema es que el check in es muy tarde a las 4:00 p.m. y el check out muy temprano a las 10: 00 a.m. ; lo que es prácticamente un día perdido. Asimismo tienen poco personal destacado en el edificio. Tuve que bajar el equipaje de mi familia sola.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par cet hôtel qui fait partie d'un développement de très grande beauté avec la marina à proximité et d'excellents restaurants. La piscine du Marriott avec ses sentiers est superbe et nous offre de l'animation comme dans les tout inclus.

Todo estuvo súper bien! El lugar muy cómodo y limpio. Se puede utilizar las instalaciones del hotel pero aparte hay una piscina en el lugar. El único problema es que el aire acondicionado no funciona bien, es centralizado no obstante, no llega a enfriar el cuarto principal solo la sala

las habitaciones de las villas muy limpias y nuevas, las habitaciones del hotel limpias pero habitaciones ya con mas años de construcción, el check in muy bien, el check out de las villas a las 10 am sin opcion de hacer un late check out porque en ellas no se permite, en las habitaciones del hotel check out a las 12:00 pm con una opcion late check out a la 1:00pm. La piscina tenia tanto en la grande como en la de niños muchos cangrejos dentro de ellas. La comida en el desayuno, muy desordenado, ya que traen todo para compartir en familia y que uno mismo se sirva pero por traerlo separado llega frio o cuando va llegando es por partes siendo que se debe manejar diferente mas por pandemia. El servicio de comida de piscina muy bueno. En cuanto a la calidad de la comida es regular la calidad en relacion al precio elevado. En fines semana musica en vivo lo cual me parece una buena alternativa para el cliente turista y el artista costarricense.

El hotel nos cobró más dinero adicional
Nosotros habíamos comprado un paquete y cuando hicimos check out el hotel nos indicó que nos iban a cobrar $35 adicionales por noche simplemente que era una tarifa adicional que ellos cobraban. Pese a mis reclamos ya que en la página de hoteles.com no indicaba nada de eso y en el correo de confirmación tampoco lo indicaba aún así nos aplicaron el rebajo

El hotel es bonito, pero el servicio es terrible y el precio no es acorde con lo ofrecido. No volvería. Aparte el check out y check in tienen horas súper incómodas. No lo recomiendo. D
