Location was excellent, next to Time Square and subway station. The room was on the small side, we had a room for 3, but the 3rd bed was a very uncomfortable sofa bed, that when opened, did not leave any space for the desk next to it and the window. I also hope the room had a microwave

This hotel is so beautiful and the staff is so kind and accommodating. The pool and beach areas are stunning, the food is delicious, the rooms are spacious, the beds are so comfortable, and the location is perfect. It’s the best hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to go back again!

Housekeeping was inconsistent. Didnt clean our room 1 day. My husband and I paid for 3 rooms for our family and they gave one of our children a huge suite and we had a tiny room with very small bathroom. They wouldn’t move us.
