Cozy place to stay
We loved the accommodation, our only complaint was a distinct smell of someone having smoked in the room. We are ex smokers so I told management we were OK with it, but wanted to make them aware we weren’t the culprits, and not to charge us the $250 fine for smoking, but now I’m home I realize our clothes smell of smoke. Other than that minor problem it was a perfect little getaway place

Cute little hideaway
The Sea cottages are a cute hideaway. Just off the highway but quiet back in the cottages. Loved the location. Only a block from the beach and a shirt drive to the town in Fernandino. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The staff was helpful when we had a question. Thanks!

Adorable Cottages
The property was adorable and close to restaurants and the beach. There was plenty of room for the two of us. It was peaceful sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the mornings and everyone was friendly.

Great Location, needs some bathroom work and had an odor
We loved the location and the cottage was cute! We don’t stay in hotels so we always opt for VRBO. Our cottage was cute and fit our needs. Overall, it was cute, location was great, we could walk to the beach and restaurants and it’s always nice to have more privacy than a hotel can ever offer! Cons: The bathroom floor was clearly damaged which was made clear right away. After the shower leaked out, we knew what had caused that issue. The room smelled like someone covering up the after smell of a smoker and this made our clothes smell!

I would not recommend this property to anyone. The room stunk of mildew, the bed was awful, the floors were slippery. I immediately contacted my booking provider and I left the property. The property is refusing to refund me even though I did not stay there and I followed all of the instructions I was given through my booking agent.

Great Vacation

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Wonderful place
Such a unique and comfortable property. Two blocks from the beach and a great restaurant named Sliders. Only negative thing I would say is they say the studio cottage sleeps 3. The one bed is only a full size and the sleeper sofa has the worst mattress I have ever seen. We really loved our stay though.

Came in late thought pics were amazing was so happy to have honey moon there
We left after about 4 min being in the room windows were open everything damp and smelled like cigarettes left a envelope from wedding gift there and the house keeper who looked like they on meth said no we didn’t find you cash…… I never told them there was cash in it so clearly she was lying

Lovely location
I loved the walkways and the overarching trees and other flora. Very peaceful and relaxing. Bed and furniture were very comfy and the room was clean. I'll be back!

Spring break trip
We loved everything. From how secluded it was, to the overall cottage/ home feel of the property, and the fact that it was a couple minutes walking distance of the beach just made it even better.

Super cute cottage
Our first time on the island. We stopped for a night on our way to siesta key from WI. We wish we had more time! Perfect location to restaurants and beach. Very cute set up and very nice people.

A Little Gem
So pleased I found them!! Walking distance from the beach and just a short drive to historic downtown. Also, they’re pet friendly making it so much easier to bring your pup along on vacation! Highly recommend. We’ll be back 😊❤️

Little beach get away
This is a great location and is an easy walk to the beach. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Very comfortable, very clean, and a great, jumping off point for the day. There is some uneven flooring close to the bathroom It did create a trip hazard.

Nice studio with kitchenette
Very convenient location for a weekend stay. Nice and quiet as the cottages are set back away from the road. The carts were nice for loading/unloading luggage to/from car. The only issue was the sofa pullout bed; it was missing the support under the head of the bed which needed to be propped up. But besides that everything was great. Queen bed was comfortable and the shower was great.

We loved the layout of the cottages. We did have 3 adults staying however there was only enough towels provided for 2 adults. It all worked out since one of the guest brought more towels just in case. Other than that, there were no complaints and everything was great!

My family and I had plenty of room to move around in the studio room and the outdoor area. The cabins are really cute and located in an area where everything you might need is in walking distance including the beach.

Perfect, cute little cottage. We always look for places with a kitchen when we travel due to severe food allergies. This wasn't an elaborate kitchen but had what we needed. It was close to the beach and pet-friendly, which was another must for us. Exactly what we needed all around and very cute and cozy to add to a great experience.

Great idea for a short stay and location certainly convenient but the Everything in the Duplex Reeked of Cigarette smoke!!!! I am home now and everything I had with me smells!!

Perfection!
The Sea Cottages are perfection! The layout of the property is easy and beautiful. The Cabin (studio) was perfect for us and very cozy. The on call person, Jessica, was the best and very friendly. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Property overall is charming and welcoming. I think we just got the worst cabin on the property…. Obvious unmediated water damage, flooring replaced but spongy to walk on, dehumidifier in the room (as a comfort?) just kept us up all night turning in and off. Hide a bed mattress had rust stains at folds. Musty air resulted in a lousy nights sleep and waking up congested.

Great find!
The cottages are off a busy road but somehow it’s quiet and feels removed. The beach is a short walk and the units are clean and have everything you need for a fun getaway.

Poor communication, arrived at 2:05 to meet office personal, office closed. Confusion on getting in. Unit was nice but no lights available, Explanation in book confusing, no WIFI and no cable for TV. Called have someone help me and that person was nice… and understood my frustration. Told to use my own Apps on a computer for TV, I’m 73 and don’t have access to those kind of apps. Since I was supposed to stay 3 days too long with no TV or WiFi. I had put down 1day deposit, so explained an Email that I was leaving and to call me. I heard no response. Just not good communication for seniors. I don’t use Email communication and consider this not a good communication practice. I drove 5 1/2 hours to get there on time also , which was very frustrating to me
