Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
When u leave please lock keyless lock on front door and close garage door.
Also close & lock kitchen door, pool shower room door and sliding doors at back of living room.
At checkout, please do not leave open food or drink around the house or on the patios. Dispose of in trash. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Temporary until I can register property -- guest will need to pay TDT tourist tax manually. 6% of rate + fees. I will request as charge thru VRBO
No smoking inside house or on back patio/ gazebo area. No vaping and no use of weed.
You can smoke in the open area in the backyard and in front.
