We have stayed at this property for several years. It has an excellent view. Access to the beach is quick and easy via a walkway that runs beside the building. It is convenient to stores, restaurants and the downtown area. The indoor parking is a major plus. On the rare occasions when we needed to contact the host, she was very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend this property.

Condo was very clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Our host was extremely helpful in suggesting local restaurants and we loved each one that we tried. Looking forward to staying at this condo in the future. We can't wait to come back. Very friendly and safe area.

Wow, Oceania 302 did not disappoint! You can’t beat the ocean views from the massive balcony! Watching the sunrise in the morning was amazing.The direct beach access, pool and hot tub made it the perfect setup for remote work while enjoying the view and the beach.The condo is gorgeous, spotless and well-stocked. They thought of everything, from a fully equipped kitchen (and a Nespresso machine with pods!) to beach chairs, beach towels and a handy beach wagon. Plus, the host was very attentive and made sure we felt taken care of.Location is perfect. Check-in and check-out was super easy and we walked to dinner at night. Having a great restaurant right next door for lunch and drinks was a huge bonus. We stay in Jacksonville Beach area often and this is easily the best condo we've found. We already booked a return trip for this fall.

Beautiful property in a great location with a gorgeous view and so many extras! The condo is spotless, comfortable and the best equipped rental I have ever stayed in. From the nespresso (with pods!), to the extras for the beach like an umbrella, chairs, wagon and beach toys, all the way to a cart to use to bring in your groceries, Angela has thought of everything for this unit to make for an exceptional stay at the beach. The beds, linens, and furniture are all great quality and super comfortable. Having the covered parking spot makes a huge difference in the Florida sunshine. This fitness room is actually very well equipped and the pool is nice to have for members of our family that prefer to swim in fresh water. Angela has everything super organized with clear instructions. We look forward to coming back again!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo. The host was so easy to communicate and work with. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable with luxury bedding to make you feel at home. It comes with all the amenities you can think of. The kitchen was stocked . From coffee, spices, paper products, cooking utensils, clean pots and pans and decorative plates and glassware. The bathrooms included lots of towels, soaps and lotions . No need to bring your beach items. This condo has beach towels , beach chairs, beach pads, an umbrella and a wagon. The balcony has a 6 person dining table which I loved . You don't see that very often. A great place to eat and watch the sun go down. It also included 2 comfortable chairs with ottomans. We have already booked for next year. I would highly recommend staying in this condo.

Great location

The condo was very clean. We have stayed here the past 2 years in December and the owner always gets back with us in a timely manner whenever we have any questions. The condo has a nice big balcony overlooking the ocean.We were very happy with our stay and will probably book again next year.

Wonderful location

For our family, the choice was all about location - proximity to the beach and local friends and family. We were delightfully surprised at how lovely and useful the property grounds became, especially the pool. The unit was exactly as portrayed in the photos - beautiful view and very comfortable.

Our stay was wonderful! The place was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The beach was beautiful, especially the morning sunrise. It was spacious and comfortable. Our Host, Tish, was very attentive. We had one issue that was handled well and solved quickly. Communication was great. The place was very easy to access. The location was amazing and close to everything we needed. We would love to return. I highly recommend.

Everything and More

This newly renovated condo was exactly as listed. It was very comfortable and provided everything you would need for a great beach vacation. It’s easy to settle in here and feel like home. Great for one person or a family. Beautiful ocean vistas as well as close to restaurants and shopping. It’s on a quiet street and in a safe neighborhood rounding out the perks. The host was kind and attentive, but not overbearing. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!

This was our 2nd time to stay in this condo and we were once again pleased with our stay at Oceania. Tish was great to communicate with. The condo had everything we could possibly need and was just steps away from the beach. My favorite thing about this location is the space!!!! Not once have I ever felt crowded here, and this location has never felt "touristy." We drove down to St. Augustine one evening for a ghost tour which was so much fun! Spent another evening riding go-karts and playing putt putt. Did some shopping at St. John Town Center. Overall, it was a great vacation and I cannot say enough good things about Tish and her lovely condo!

Beautiful Property in a Great Location

My husband and I and sister and brother- in- law came for a Packers vs Jaguars game. We enjoyed staying right on the beach. The condo was beautiful and comfortable, with a great view of the ocean. We took day trips to Amelia Island and St. Augustine. The owner was very responsive, and the property was as described. There were many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing that could have been better, would be to have more of the necessities around the condo. We ran low on soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. It didn't cause a problem, because we just walked to the gas station a block away to get more. It was an extremely positive experience. I would definitely recommend this property. The only thing distance.

Angela’s condo was divine! It was very clean, beautifully decorated in a peaceful palette, & the beds were very comfortable and cozy. Every room was thoughtfully and fully stocked with all the necessities and yet, it was not cluttered.It was SO refreshing to live in a clean space with minimal clutter that it inspired me to bring that light, peaceful feeling back home to motivate me to ruthlessly declutter my home. I especially loved the romantic and inviting pastel bedding on the guest bed, being able to cook healthy meals, and the peace I felt sitting on the balcony at night. We also enjoyed watching the sunrise over the ocean from her balcony. Angela was the perfect hostess. She went out of her way to ensure the bed and bath linens were washed in fragrance free detergent for my friend. She provided all the info for an easy check-in and check-out. She was easy to talk to and helpful. She even shared some decluttering tips with me when I told her how wonderful it was staying at her clean and clutter free condo and how I wanted to bring that feeling and vision back home with me and use it to help me declutter my home. I shall forever be grateful for all of the hard work Angela put into cleaning, decorating, and perfectly stocking her condo in such a way that it gave me a vision of what is possible, how good it feels, and inspired me to make that a reality in my life.

Perfect Escape

My wife, daughter, son-in-law and I had a fantastic trip to Jax Beach this past week. This condo was excellent in every way. The location is great in proximity to grocery stores, dining, and of course the beach and pool. Everything inside was in really great condition, clean, and had everything we needed for the week. The weather this week was hot, but with the pool and ocean right outside, and that wonderful large balcony staring out to the ocean is was both extremely energizing and relaxing. The beach was not overly crowded even on Memorial Day. Tish was an excellent host, very communicative and made sure that we had clear instructions on everything we needed. The condo had everything we needed for cooking, going to the beach, overall feeling like home. The beds were very comfortable, and towels and linens were plentiful. The complex also had excellent security with electronic gates for both car and beach access. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks Tish! for providing a perfect escape for my family.
