Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open the main living area to an unbroken stretch of ocean, with natural light flooding in at every hour of the day. Settle into the comfortable seating area and stream your favorite shows on the HDTV, or simply let the view do the work. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep things comfortable in any season. A private entrance and self check-in via keypad mean arrival happens entirely on your schedule.

Outdoor living
The oceanfront balcony earns its place as the best seat in the house - whether you're watching the sun climb over the Atlantic in the morning or catching the sky shift through shades of amber in the evening. The private boardwalk just steps below puts your feet in the sand in under a minute.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms sleep up to 4 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and direct balcony access, giving early risers a quiet ocean view before the rest of the group stirs. The second bedroom offers a queen bed alongside a nearby full bathroom. A half bath on the main level rounds out the layout comfortably for four.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast to a sit-down dinner - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster are all on hand, along with dishes, silverware, and cooking basics. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar or gather at the dining table, where the ocean stays squarely in view either way.

Bathrooms & laundry
Both full bathrooms include a bathtub and everyday essentials. The in-unit washer and dryer take care of sandy beach clothes or a mid-stay refresh with ease.

Amenities & essentials
Wifi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected if you need to check in on work. Beach towels and chairs are provided so you're ready the moment you step onto the sand. The condo is equipped with a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Please note: this property does not have a carbon monoxide alarm - the host has confirmed one isn't required, but feel free to reach out with any questions.

Parking & access
Free on-site parking accommodates up to 2 vehicles, making it easy to explore the coast at your own pace. Self check-in via keypad ensures a smooth, flexible arrival. Please note that this property requires a minimum stay of two (2) weeks.

Location
Jacksonville Beach runs along Florida's Atlantic coast, where the ocean shapes the pace of daily life. Restaurants, shops, and local attractions sit close by - but with direct beach access from your private boardwalk, most days here tend to revolve around the water right outside your door.
