Designed for up to 4 guests, this entire condo offers a relaxed setting anchored by an open living area with an HDTV and sliding doors that lead to a private oceanfront balcony. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain comfort throughout the year, while a private entrance and self check-in with a keypad ensure a simple arrival.

Outdoor living
The balcony provides a breezy spot to pause between beach outings or unwind in the coastal air. Direct beach access via a private boardwalk allows you to step from the condo to the sand whenever you feel drawn to the water, whether for an early stroll or a quiet moment listening to the tide.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen supports easy mealtimes with space to prepare food and gather at the dining table or breakfast bar. Whether you are planning the day ahead or returning from the beach, this area offers a comfortable setting to cook and enjoy meals together.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom includes a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct balcony access that brings in soft coastal light. The second bedroom features a queen bed with convenient access to an additional full bathroom. A separate half bath adds flexibility for guests. Bed linens are provided.

Bathrooms & laundry
Two full bathrooms and one half bath offer added convenience, and an in-unit washer and dryer make it simple to refresh beachwear or support longer stays. Bathroom essentials are included.

Amenities & practical details
WiFi and a dedicated workspace support guests who need to stay connected. Home safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Beach essentials are provided for your time by the shore. Free parking is available on the premises for two vehicles.

Neighborhood
Located within Jacksonville Beach, the condo places you steps from the shoreline and within easy reach of local dining, shops, and attractions. Ocean views from the balcony and immediate access to the sand allow you to settle into a natural coastal rhythm shaped by the sound of the surf.

These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
