The open living area offers a comfortable setting to gather, with a seating area, HDTV with streaming, and sliding doors that connect directly to the balcony. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain a pleasant environment year-round. A private entrance and self check-in with a keypad add ease and flexibility to your arrival.

Outdoor living
Step onto the oceanfront balcony to take in the steady movement of the water and fresh coastal air. This outdoor space extends the living area, offering a place to pause at any time of day. Direct beach access via a private boardwalk makes it simple to reach the shoreline within moments.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and is located near an additional full bathroom. A separate half bath adds extra convenience for guests.

Bathrooms & laundry
Bathrooms include a bathtub and bathroom essentials, supporting a comfortable stay. An in-unit washer and dryer provide added convenience, especially for longer visits.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides a functional space for preparing meals, with room to cook and gather at the dining table or breakfast bar. Whether starting the day indoors or returning after time by the water, this space supports easy, relaxed dining.

Amenities & essentials
The condo includes Wifi and a dedicated workspace for staying connected. Beach essentials are available for your time by the shore. Safety features such as a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are also provided.

Parking & access
Free parking on premises is available for two vehicles, making arrivals and day trips simple. The property also offers self check-in with a keypad for added convenience.

Neighborhood
Located in Jacksonville Beach, the condo places you right along the shoreline while keeping local dining, shops, and attractions within easy reach. The setting allows you to settle into a steady coastal pace, where the sound of the ocean becomes part of each day.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Two-week minimum rental required by HOA.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
