The Terraces at Beachside is only 2 miles from Historic downtown Fernandina offering many unique shopping and dining experiences! My husband spent the weekend visiting family here. The temperatures were in the 30'S and 40's. The condo was pleasantly warm but hard to do much outdoors in those temps. The condo had everything we needed. Comfy bed and good pillows!

We absolutely loved this condo! So convenient to everything and all the amenities we needed for a week on the beach. Parking was great, beach storage in the parking garage, full kitchen, two bathrooms, great layout, a balcony, and best of all a little writing nook. Such a wonderful place... I never wanted to leave!

Our first time visiting Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach. It was perfect! Great weather, low crowds, perfect location, and Sarah was so easy to work with. Loved how close the parking was to condo and beach access. Would definitely book again. Can’t wait for our next visit!
