Professionally designed and fully equipped with everything you need, Oceanwalk 1 is the perfect place for your family beach vacation or long-term stay! There are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including a bathroom on each level, with 4 beds and a queen sized air mattress. The first level has one bedroom with two double beds and a full bathroom. There is also a dedicated laundry area on this level. The second level boasts a beautiful kitchen with a large island, 5 burner gas stove, upgraded appliances and a beautiful open concept kitchen, dining, living space and balcony. There is also a half bath on this level for convenience. The third level has two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms! The primary bathroom offers an amazing jetted tub and a large walk-in shower.

Let's talk about the views! Wake up in the morning to the sunrise over the ocean or enjoy your coffee on one of the two balconies with ocean views. Relax in the evening and listen to the calming sound of the waves breaking on the beach. The backyard has a fire pit with ample seating and a gas grill with gas provided. Beach chairs, cart and towels are provided.

There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.
