Gorgeous, Summer Paradise, Serenity Point Topsail Beach - 2BR, 2.5BA

  • Just gorgeous, tastefully decorated and updated, in the Serenity Point community. Wonderful family setting or getaway to unwind. The kitchen has beautiful solid wood cabinets, new counters, and stainless appliances. Cooking a delicious meal is comfortable in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoy sitting in the new dining room. Relax in the living room with a new 55-inch smart tv, updated wifi as well. Upstairs there are ceramic tile baths and carpet. You'll love the custom stair rails with a whimsical nautical flair. Beautiful loft with extra queen bedding. (kids love it) great natural light and lots of windows to take in the fabulous views. Watch the wildlife in the sanctuary dunes and incredible star watching from the master bedroom. Enjoy the tranquility, the bright blue waters of the ocean, and the wide sandy beaches. Private beach access and easy sound access. Stand up paddleboards, kayaks, games, beach cart & chairs. Take the bikes out with the kids and enjoy the island. Sleeps 6 to 7 comfortably. We can't wait for you and your family to enjoy this exceptional hidden treasure.
