The staff member I checked into the hotel with was not welcoming. She almost seemed bothered by the process she needed to complete in order to check me into my rooms.she lacked professionalism

Roach Motel
Hotels .com should not offer this hotel on its site. It is in very bad condition with roaches and has derelicts in the parking lot. i don't think it is in a afe area either.

Terrible experience. This place is not clean, is not safe, poor cleanliness. Found roaches, bugs, room leaking in hallway and room.

A little run down. Inside smells like mildew. They try making the rooms smell good. A couple of spiders and roaches inside.

For this to be a Wynndm hotel it was unsatisfactory. Mold on the lamp shades. Room half cleaned. Stains on the sheets. A/C didnt get cold enough. Bath towels had stains on them. I was very upset with the entire stay. Will not be returning!!!

Light bulbs were missing in the room, the coffee maker and clock radio were broken, the security door to an outside entrance was broke and there was no booklet containing information about the hotel including internet access.

Sorry they you had a problem, but we are working very hard to correct them. You dont need a password for the internet.

The a c worked but not like it should have and I paid for 2! Days and had to leave early left at 1130 and still got charged for the 2!days should have only been charged for one day or ex 20 not the hole 100 so it wasn't to good overall

2.5 star hotel, at best
The area is a little sketchy. The whole building and parking lot needs renovated. It rained and many of the parking spots were flooded so you had to wade thru water to get in your vehicle. We found 2 roaches, 1 alive in room and a dead one in the hallway. There was no water pressure and the sink was very slow to drain. There wasn't any breakfast due to covid, they just had a pot of cold coffee in the lobby. Couldn't use the coffeemaker in room because it was broke. We could only get 1 key because they were running low on keys. The check-in process took forever because their computers were slow. The workers were very nice.

Looks like name change from Days Inn to Red Roof . Some construction happening so hopefully in future things will look and feel better .... not a good experience . I am hoping someone reaches out for further info . I will be sending additional info to hotel .

Barely acceptable
Bathroom sink stopper was broken in closed position, water stain on ceiling. Towel were stained and rough. Bed had a squeaky, shakey frame.

Not the cleanest hotel.. False advertising * no fridge, no microwave, no hairdryer.. Pool was closed due to a code violation (they need to put that on the website) 2nd floor was extremely hot.. No continental breakfast ( which we understand due to covid-19 but false advertising.. Needs improvement

Dude where do I even start...from the crumbling foundation to the holes in the walls...the rude staff, the staff who decide to smoke in the hallways with other guests who are smoking inside by the exit..no towels in the bathrooms...this place was disgusting in every way possible. Stay far far far away...I'd have been more comfortable staying in the parking lot with all of the drug dealers than actually inside the hotel.

I didn't like the dark hallways. They made the place feel dirty. I wanted more light in the bedroom as well. There were only 2 lights. Our room had a view of the dumpster and the pool. My pillows were half the size of a regular pillow. The floor in the room was clean and looked pretty new. I had to go to the window light to put on makeup.

Pro: staff very nice, super pet friendly. I think every other room had a dog. Convenient to lots of shopping and eating. 10 min from Mayo.....con: they were swapping to Days In room had funny smell beds were cleanbut not the most comfortable. My husband noticed the bedframe was broken so it tilted. No fridge or microwave. But overall cheap decent room for price

its a nice location, close to beach access & several stores for food or shopping. the sink was clogged so we had to change rooms. i had a party of 4 & asked for more towels they said they could only give us 2 more. the hot water varied from day to day in the shower. they allow pets but do not monitor guests with them: the lady in a room next to us had what looked & sounded to be 2 big dogs that barked everytime you passed their room. another guests dog would on more than 1 occasion wonder through the lobby unleashed. we thought he was a stray at 1st. when checking in, several guests including myself had issues because they switched computer systems & had problems finding guest information for reservations.
