Living space
The single-level layout keeps everything on one floor, making it genuinely easy for all ages to settle in. A dedicated workspace and HDTV give you options whether you're catching up on work or winding down with a show. Ceiling fans and central air conditioning keep things comfortable year-round, and the private entrance means you come and go entirely on your own terms.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests across four beds, each dressed in fresh linens and styled with a mix of coastal character and comfortable furnishings that make it easy to call this place home.

Kitchen & dining
The well-stocked kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware waiting for you. Pull up a chair at the indoor dining table, or carry your meal outside.

Outdoor living
The screened patio is where this home earns its name - shaded, breezy, and fitted with a ceiling fan, lounge seating, outdoor dining area, and a skylight overhead. The fully fenced private backyard stretches out beyond it, green and private, giving you a place to decompress after a day out.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms are stocked with the essentials - towels, soap, toilet paper, and a hair dryer - plus a bathtub for a proper soak when the day calls for it.

Getting around
Free driveway parking for two vehicles is included on-site. The beach is just blocks away, and Mayo Clinic, restaurants, and shopping are all a short drive. Self check-in via lockbox means your arrival is on your schedule.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

Pet & Animal Policy
To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
