Welcome to 1320: Firstwater Studio — a renovated beachside studio where the ocean is literally 60 seconds from your front door. For couples or solo travelers who want to spend more time on the sand and less time in the car, this is your spot. One of the most affordable beach stays in Jacksonville Beach.

The studio is a clean, well-laid-out space with a queen bed, a full kitchen, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked — Keurig, k-cups, blender, dishes, cookware, and even olive oil and salt and pepper. No grocery run before you can make your morning coffee. The bathroom has full-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are all provided. One important note: this studio sits below the kitchen of an upstairs apartment, so foot traffic noise from above is possible. If you're a light sleeper, we're glad to help you find another option in our portfolio.

The in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack lighter and stay longer without worrying about laundry. High-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to handle a few emails between beach walks. Keyless entry means no front desk, no waiting — arrive on your schedule.

Walk out your door and you're already there. Salt Life Food Shack is a 5-minute walk for fresh seafood and cold drinks after a morning surf session. Mellow Mushroom is another 5-minute walk for craft beer and pizza. Refinery Jax Beach, with oceanview dining, is 7 minutes on foot. The Jacksonville Beach Pier is a 12-minute walk — great for a sunrise stroll or watching surfers any time of year. Free street parking is available right out front, so once you're settled, the car stays put all weekend.

Self check-in is fully digital through our guest portal. The kitchen comes stocked with the basics so you're not scrambling the first night. Construction in the Jacksonville Beach area is ongoing between January and September, limited to 8am–5pm weekdays — something to keep in mind if you're planning to sleep in. $30 pet/night fee.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
