This unique 1 bedroom place has a style all on its own. We are right in the heart of all that Jax Beach has to offer, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to provide privacy. Local breweries, great restaurants and nightlife, and mere blocks from the downtown Jacksonville Beach area that hosts highly popular seasonal festivals.

Close to entertainment, Mayo, and TPC - this is the perfect spot in Jax Bch!

We are a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit in an 8-unit complex 1 short block from the ocean (~100 yards). We have a full kitchen, dining table, and living room.

Dedicated parking for 1 car and street parking is very easy.

We love pets! $30/pet/night. No need to ask us if we allow pets. Once you have booked, let us know and we will send the fee.

We make sure everything you need is provided to make it the best stay possible. Smart TV streaming apps, quality towels & linens, and coffee & tea.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach, so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

Most people drive & use their own vehicles, but Lyft and Uber are for you to use.

Bike and scooter rentals are also available!

Or you could also walk to the beach. Just 5 minutes to the sand!

This unit is located on the 2nd level so you will need to be able to walk up stairs.

Short getaway

Comfortable and cozy beachside apartment. Short walk to the beach. Great restaurants nearby. Host was very attentive. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Beach Hideaway

We really enjoyed our stay with all the accommodation we needed. There were some little nats flying around and we couldn't figure out where they were from. Other than that it was a beautiful, clean space very close to the beach. I'd stay here again!

JAX Beach apartment

This is the second time we've stayed at these apartments and we were not disappointed! Great location, apartment had everything we needed (except for an outside hose), and property management was very responsive. We'll be back!

Smaller than appeared

This property was a bit smaller than I had planned on however, it worked out good for me cooking two dishes to take for Christmas. I think it would be a hard fit for two adults to stay in this unit, but it was comfortable for me.

Nice and clean and very convenient to beach!

Pros: Great convenience to the beach. Super clean. Cons: The neighbor in unit 3 downstairs, played music that bumped late into the night and early in the morning. The bass carries through the walls and was annoying! Thank goodness for the noise machine by the bed! The TV (very confusing) and no local news available or pro football games which were all on paid channels. Other that that all good!
