Renovated and curated by a local designer. Easy and free parking along with a private backyard space perfect for a grilled dinner outside.

This space is equipped with two queen beds and has a pack-and-play, perfect for a family stay. With a comfortable living space and equipped kitchen, it is perfect for nights in and countless vacation memories.

The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all on the 1st level.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and many more.

Dining room has seating for 4 plus we will be adding an outdoor table and chairs.

Living room has a smart TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime.

There is a sliding glass door that provides access to the paver patio that has privacy custom fencing.

The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and equipped with queen memory foam mattresses, luxury linens, and towels, sound machines. One of the bedrooms has a tv.

The bathroom is upstairs along with the washer and dryer.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 7 blocks from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. WholeFoods and several local restaurants are within 5 minutes of the unit. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

Clean, Well-Appointed and Convenient

The unit was great! We were especially pleased with the small touches: coffee/tea, snacks, patio chairs, beach towels and the like. The washer/dryer was a useful benefit as well. It was clean inside, quiet and easy to get in and out of. And we walked to just about every meal and to the nearby pond park and ocean. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here for a bachelorette trip! It had everything we needed such as: sufficient amount of toilet paper/paper towels, dishwasher pods, detergent, washer/dryer, blow dryer, etc etc etc. Although sharing 1 bathroom with 4 girls was kinda rough, we still made it work! Walking distance to the beach! Everything was really clean and organized. They had plenty of towels to use as well. The only downside was the water pressure was very weak in the shower so showering took a little while, but definitely not a dealbreaker. I would still very much recommend this place to anyone and would stay again!

Perfect for a small group

Everything was as pictured, clean and updated. Beds were comfy, host was responsive. Lots of nice touches…coffee pods, sugar, dishwashing soap, sponges, trail mix and granola bars, shamooo, soap, conditioner were all provided. I’d definitely go back again. Good value.
