The main feature is the full kitchen and large space. It is a one-bedroom apartment. All appliances worked but have years of wear. There were enough plates and utensils for my stay. The manager was flexible with the length of my stay; he offered to extend my reservation but I later did not need the extra day.

Amazed. Not in a good way
While I was there I witnessed what appeared to be an apartment complex being ran and not a hotel. Multiple drug users and dealers and prostitutes. I had no other option but to stay as I had booked and spent the money on this room. Pulling up there was a pile of dirty furniture in the parking lot. And upon getting keys and going to my room I find it’s not what it was suppose to be online. The room was basically bare and didn’t have even an alarm clock. The couch was stained and yellow and wet to the feel assuming it was washed and didn’t dry in time. I ripped the bed apart and decided I’d deal with it as I didn’t see any bed bug signs. Overall it was horrible. And disappointing to say the least. My safety definitely was in question especially after witnessing something the last night that made me so uncomfortable I didn’t sleep before my check out time but an hour. I left my trash in the room as I didn’t feel safe going to the dumpster at 4am and being there was no front desk open left my keys on the table in the room.

thank you for taking to leave your review , yes i had sofas at end of parking lot as i just replaced 10 as i am doing some upgrades . i apologize for lack of alarm clock and spoke to employees about sofa . they did clean it. we do have long term guests staying with us . many contractors working on base . police did have a run in with now an ex guest over at walmart that prompted them to come to his room . i apologize you were not comfortable . i assure you it is not the norm.

This stay was a last minute decision due to traveling for medical reasons. I could not have been happier. The communication with the property manager (Mike) was awesome, and check in was seamless. The property was clean and the clearly written rules and regulations were reassuring. For the cost, it was beyond a good deal. Sure, it’s not the kind of place that has desks with USB ports- but the other amenities it has for the price you pay is amazing. 10/10 recommend for bang for the buck.

Know what your priorities are before booking. If you want a fancy hotel, this isn’t it. If you want a separate living/dining room and kitchenette over cleanliness, this is the place for you. Be careful not to leave food out. There was a bug that crawled out of the kitchen sink while I was washing dishes. Brooklyn has more bugs than this place did. If you need clean air vents, bring your own cleaner, as they aren’t dusted here. The metal towel racks in the kitchen also have rust in them. Again, this isn’t the Ritz. The refrigerator and freezer worked well for keeping my stuff cold.

Booked because of the kitchenette but there were hardly any dishes / utensils, the stove was rusty. The floor was swept clean but dirty. Socks would be black within 10 minutes of walking around. Under couch cushions was gross. Bathtub “plug” was disconnected and broken. Won’t stay here again

Looked like 1960s dorm room furniture. Cigarette burns are all types of services including the tub. Carpet in bedroom filthy had throw up spots on it and burn spots all over it. I slept in my clothes.

Everything went smoothly. Had a hiccup during check-in but that was due to the room not being available because of air conditioning. We had to downgrade our room. Other than that everything went well. Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here before and its a good place to stay, it's clean, quiet, affordable, each room has a small kitchen so if you are staying more than a few nights, you don't have to go out to eat every day. I will stay here again when the opportunity arises, I stayed 5 days and with room rate and bringing food to eat I spent less than $500, this place gets a thumbs up.

The perfect stay for a getaway
Every time I choose to go to North Carolina to visit my fiancé I always hope that affordable suites of America is available because it is a very comforting environment and it has all the utilities and services that me and him need when we just want to relax and enjoy our time everything is local it is very convenient for the both of us and we just love staying here.

The manager of this property was amazing! He even checked on us the am of our check in to make sure we had after hour instructions! The house keeper was always available for extra things! Our neighbors were so humble and made us feel like family!
