"Check in and out were easy. Very friendly staff for airport shuttle. Has a restaurant lounge we were too late to use. Included breakfast was ok. It’s clean but very outdated"

"Bed wasnt the usual awesome bed like the other Holiday Inn Expresses Ive stayed in. Hard as a rock. And, please have some gluten free muffin or toast. Others do have this as well."

"Stayed two nights with my dog, the potty area was full of cheetgrass and my dog is a magnet for it so we couldn't use the designated potty area. If you walk down the back street towards Les Schwab, they have a nice fully grassed potty area."

"We stayed here because it was in downtown Ashland, which was convenient for our planned activities. Our room, while on the top floor and with a nice view, was not as clean as expected. There was popcorn clearly visible on the floor near the sofa from a previous guest; there were visible stains on the carpet; there were coffee(?) stains on the night stand surface; the only glass in the bathroom was smudged and obviously not washed. The coffee maker and the provided "pods" were not compatible so no coffee in the am unless we trecked down to the mezzanine level and carried it back up. Also, the only vent in the room/bathroom was over the toilet area and blew gale-force wind into the bath and shower area. Not comfortable! Won't stay ever again."
