I liked the small incidental charge, I liked that it was around other hotels and had easy parking. I stayed for one night on my roadtrip to Canada and it was perfect for the stop. I liked the spacious rooms and a 12:00 check out.

Remote was missing the back, nail polish all over the desk, microwave had coffee spilled in it. It took Cust service 10mins because her computer was “slow”. And they put a $400 hold on your card when checking in!!!! I paid online for my room and got no warning of this!

Not on par with other Tru by Hilton hotels I’ve stayed at. Check in lady was miserable. Try to act like you want be there. When I checked out this morning the lady working was great. All the other Tru’s give me my Hilton points even though I book with Expedia. This place would not. I have about ten of my coworkers coming for a week in May and I’ll try one of the hotels across the road.

There were a lot of families here with kids running around, the pool was in full use but it was still fairly quiet - a few kids running up and down the halls but not bad room noise. Had an odd experience with smells. Came back after a day away and our room smelled like someone had a toxic experience in the bathroom. Took a long time to air out. Then in the middle of the night I woke up smelling cigarette smoke. I think the ventilation is just weird and we were getting stuff from other rooms. Bed was comfortable, shower pleasant and breakfast was good. What more can you ask for?

Good staff and common area. The room, however, was a disappointment. So small there was no closet, just a bar and hooks in the room. No room for a decent desk which meant a small pullout from under the television bench. Not really big enough for two people to move around comfortably. That said, the shower was the best I’ve ever seen in similar priced hotels.

Our room had a very smoky smell. The staff changed rooms for us which was great. Our final room did have some mildew on the base of the shower. All Laminate flooring makes each room a bit noisy and hearing others above or below walking. Just average visit

Easy check in/out. ALWAYS very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. The only thing that happened was, i forgot my personal pillow. I realized it when I got home. 😟🙁

Because the hotel is pet friendly, it has all hard floors, and that really echoes noise. We were awake most of the night with people unlocking and locking doors.

The customer service agent (Jose) at the front desk was great!! Fabulous welcoming energy upon arrival!! This location seems to be well maintained and well managed. Clean and quiet with easy parking just how I like it!

I thought the hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. What I did not like was the lack of seating in the rooms. the room was very nice sized but for 2 queen beds and only one chair it was not great for 2 people.

The hotel has wide open spaces for social interaction, The staff is always available and very willing to help with issues or just leisurely chat with customers needing extra talk time. I also love the essential only rooms. It's my favorite place to stay.

Tru Hilton
Comfortable, lovely bed! Very clean room and the bath products smell heavenly. Appreciate the make up towelettes and coffee/tea bar.
