The rooms and inn are a bit dated but everything was very clean. Staff were friendly. Beautiful location in the White Mountains!! Perfect “home base” for day trips around the area. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in room #9. Very clean, bed very comfortable. The view of the garden is amazing. The grounds are amazing as well. Good breakfast in the morning. Easy check in and check out. 10/10. Will gladly come again.

Steamed while we were there and the parking lot was not kept clean so we could easily get in and out. If there was a restaurant on property this wouldn’t be an issue but we needed to leave and come back with ease. Roads were cleared, just not the parking lot

Very nicely cared for property. Comfortable bedding and fridge, which is appreciated. Also, enough chairs for us to sit on. We had a ground floor room, and wish we had requested the upper floor. We could hear people above walking heavy footed ………..very clean.

Rooms were clean and beds and pull out sofa were very comfortable. Front Desk staff helpful and friendly. Great spot for our visit to Jackson. Loved the walkability to restaurants, Jackson Falls, and the Shannon Door! Close to Glen too and not a far drive from the outlets and Attitash. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to NH.

Picked this hotel as it was recommended by local ski resorts for its proximity to the ski mountains, and we were not disappointed! The hotel is located about 10 minutes from Attitash, and that was super convenient for us. A lot of other reviews said that the breakfast was amazing, so I had somewhat high expectations, but really it was just a regular hotel breakfast. HOWEVER, I think other hotels in the area may not offer breakfast at all, so this is in fact a great thing. The rooms are spacious and have a small dining area and a good sized mini fridge, bigger than most hotels. The furnishings are definitely older, but well maintained and clean. Bedding had a couple small stains but it wasn't dirty, just old. Bathtub clogged easily but wasn't an issue. I have to say I was a little concerned because there was a thick sheet of ice in the parking lot and no seeming attempt to get rid of it...but then when I drove around the area it seemed par for the course being in New Hampshire in the winter. I just kept thinking I was going to slip and crack my head open every time I went to my car. I would recommend this hotel for its close location to Mt. Attitash -- the convenience is truly worth it for anyone looking to hit the mountains. There are also a couple other mountains within 20 minutes as well (Wildcat, Cranmore, Black Mountain). The included breakfast is a great convenience.

Was very dirty upon arrivals - linens were all stained. Beds advertised as queen size when only double size. Staff overcompensated by being very nice but the facilities aren’t great. Tired lodge.

Beautiful Place
We stayed here back in Oct' 23 after going to the Fryeburg Fair and we enjoyed it. The veiw on the patio off our room looking out to the mountains during fall was amazing. So my wife wanted to go to the White Mtns again and said she wanted to stay here. This was mainly due to the jaccuzi tub, ugh ....she kills me ha ha. Well this trip was just as nice albeit our room was on the backside this time and at the very end next to a side entryway. Unfortunately I would not recommend room #17 or #18 which was across from ours (I think its 18) because of this entryway. Not sure if we had less energetic ppl above us last time or it was vacant but at 10:30 pm some guests checked into their room above us 😒. First these ppl were not in anyway respectful of how late it was or concerned that their was other guests in rooms around them. They left shortly after coming into their room like hurricane katrina. They returned around 12-12:30 for round 2, stomping on the floor, dropping bags continuously. Now maybe they were just being normal, ill give them that but the floors/our ceiling seemed to have NO insulation or sound barrier/blocking qualities. Big deep thunderous bass sounding boom, boom, thud......until 3am. Nope didnt get much sleep! Upon check-in I spoke to the man at the desk, I was ignored and he only made eye contact with my wife while solely communicating with her. Kim (wife) actually brought this up to me as she felt uneasy with it and said it was really disrespectful.

Nice, clean, homey. Brings back nostalgia of using the old-fashioned room key (loved that). Very quiet area. I just wish they had an elevator. Lugging bags up the stairs can be a challenge! Also, the hot chocolate does not taste like hot chocolate. That's gotta go! I prefer Swiss Miss with hot water, to be honest. :)
