My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Everything that you need is within walking distance of you don’t feel like driving. The property was very clean and just as described in the listing. Jessica responded very quickly when I sent her a message. We would definitely stay again.

The Cottage was not very clean
When we checked in the cottage was not clean. There was food in the fridge from the previous guests. The fridge had not been cleaned. I had to buy flip flops to shower because it was peeling and had not been cleaned. The rug in the sunroom was stained. The beds were on cinder blocks which I realized after hitting my foot on them. The beds did not have flat sheets only the fitted and comforter. It was located close to where we needed to be but that’s it. It has the potential of being a great place it just needs to be maintained better.

This little house is a fantastic property in a great location. I spend a lot of time in Jackson and need something very close to Millsaps College. Jessica is the Property manager And she is super helpful and extremely accommodating. This is my third stay And will continue to use this house as my go to when I am in Jackson

Not Sure.
Pros: -Location was convenient to the highway. -Responsive host. -Quiet area. -Home matched photos. -Good water pressure. -Allowed pet. Cons: -Windows on front of home all have sheer curtains so you can see directly thru at night. -Driveway is VERY steep. -Not much lighting outside the home. -Very basic (didn’t feel at home). -All windows painted shut. -Older home, with a smell that latches onto your things. -I encountered unclean bedding and a roach during my stay. Overall, not the worst but also not the best.
