"The gentleman who was at the front desk when we checked in was great. We felt the lady when we checked out was a little unprofessional by walking around the breakfast area carrying a container of fruit she was eating out of. The rooms and building in general were very well kept and welcoming. The pool looked nice but we were unable to use it for our visit which made my kids a little upset. Breakfast was great! Had almost anything you could need for options. Overall would definitely stay again!"

"Convenient location. Good lighting and outlets. Good bed. Good hot breakfast options. White bath towels were disappointing with only one face cloth and one stained bath towel and shower curtain. Hot water did not last long. Dripping tub faucet reported to front desk."

"This is my go to hotel when I am in town. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and it’s in a prime location. It is located near multiple restaurants, shopping options and various activities. Plus the coffee is always fresh. "

"Hotel was clean. Breakfast was very good variety. Only complaint would be room cleaned twice and neither time coffee k cups replenished. "

"Customer service was horrible, the elevators didnt function, there was no hot water. We were told not to rerurn because we complaint about the issues."
