"I was booked into a closed down motel in Altus Oklahoma for the high school reunion weekend. When I arrived to check in at 3 pm the motel was boarded up. There were no available rooms in the town because of the reunion. My contact at Expedia assured me there would not be a charge on my Discover card. Next day I had a no show charge for a closed hotel which has not been removed. I will not recommend Expedia to anyone or use the service again. Dale McAskill. Please reply to this email."

"The check in lady was very pleasant and great and the property in all was very well maintained. My wife made the reservation on line after I called her to find me a place with a pool. The outside pool area was really cool but closed for the season. Water filter was still on and it really was 85 degrees out. Why close a pool in Oklahoma after Labor day and having it so inviting for another week? Only outdoor pools up north close at Labor day. Still great place, Great rooms etc. "

"We loved it. The home was cozy and comfortable. When we arrived it was easy to get in and nice and cold.home was clean everything we needed was there the are was pretty we drove around looking everyone was wonderful hopefully we can go back soon "
