While it was not exactly downtown, the home was totally walkable to most restaurants and campus and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. "The house was clean, lots of breakables we had to hide in a closet away from our kids but fine once everything was moved. No counter space to cook but there are several places to eat within walking distance. The neighborhood is nice and seems safe. There is a small park two blocks behind for the kids.
