Have pictures of the room and there was no ice machine no vending machine we’re all broken and there were cockroaches everywhere. It looked like I’ve never been vacuumed. It was very dirty.

This was nasty but the only place that allowed pets in Jackpot (too tired to drive another hour to Wells which allows dogs). Towel IN the toilet bowl (why?), toilet off kilter and leaning to the side. When I checked in another guest was complaining his TV and fridge does not work. The place had a casino and restaurant that were closed. Even no cup to rinse your mouth out when you brush your teeth...carpet was so bad we wore socks and threw them away when we left. No, this place was the nastiest place I have ever stayed in.

This was a very nice room. The outside of the building wasn't very appealing but it is a very nice motel and the staff were very nice.

Pulled into the property and was the ONLY car in the lot. The place looked closed up. Except when I walked up the the front door and saw an 8-1/2 x 11 piece of paper with Econo Lodge printed from a computer. Check in was smooth but where we had to park at the end of a building was a small bag of tied up garbage in the lot. Rock holding the acccess/emergency exit door open. Filthy carpet upon entry with a cigarette butt on the carpet for good measure. Hallway looked like it had not been vaccumed for weeks or months. We had 2 small dogs but have never encountered any room we have ever stayed in the smellled like an unkept kennel. This one did. Shower head was shooting water over the curtain and on the floor. All kinds of dead bugs under a lamp in the corner and what looked like a booger smeared on the wall between the beds. And the access/emergency exit door had the rock in it ALL night to keep it open. So much for security. This is the last Econo Lodge we will ever stay in.

We had reserved and prepaid for two nights. That was a mistake. The hotel was not very clean and things didn't work correctly. The bed was passable, not l luxury, but I guess you get what you pay for. There were two sheets with a very thin blanket in between and no extra blankets. We got pretty cold in bed so we didn't sleep well at all. The pillows were terribly uncomfortable and there were stains all over the mattress. The floors were filthy! The one cup in the room leaked so it was useless. It was nice that there was a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. My wheelchair did fit through the bathroom doorway, which was a plus, at the clerk gave us a room as close to the elevator as he could. The breakfast was kind of pathetic. Some bread and a toaster and some cereal and a pitcher of milk. That and some really watered down juice and coffee. It's food, but next time I'm going to Jackpot I'll definitely spend a bit more for a better hotel. I won't stay at this hotel again. The attached casino was closed. There are a few that closed as a result of Covid, but still disappointing. The rooms look nothing like what's pictured online. I'd give it 3 stars out of 10.

Requested a non smoking room but it smelled like cigarettes. Very low water pressure. Toilet did not flush properly so couldn’t really use it. Carpets and furniture were dirty and stained.

The rooms were not dirty, per se, but definitely old and worn down. Stained carpets, rust and water build up stains in the bathroom. Our room had mold around the ceiling in the bathroom, and most of the fixtures were hanging on for dear life. The AC unit was pretty dirty and rickety. Fridge and desk were nice! Staff was friendly. Asked us to sign paperwork and didn’t really give us a chance to read it before they whisked it away and gave us the room key. For Jackpot, the price is a steal for overnight stay on a weekend if you don’t care about room condition. It’s not a bad place, it just needs a major facelift!

Hotel was very basic and dated. Served out purposes for passing through town and staying one night. Can’t speak to the breakfast. Unfortunately there was a power outage in the whole area so it wasn’t served. But staff did a great job taking care of people staying at the hotel!

This hotel bbn is essentially closed. Inside everything is boarded up and closed off with caution tape. litetally. Half of the light bulbs are missing, its dark, stinks. Stains and bugs everywhere. it is not fit for being called a hotel. I dont know how they maintain a permit. We didnt stay, they would not refund me. Im filing a claim with my credit card.
