"Kinosaki is a beautiful town and we were happy with our accommodations. This definitely wasn’t the most expensive ryokan but we were happy as we felt we got an authentic experience that fit our budget. The private open-air onsen you can rent was easily the highlight of our whole Japan trip. I wish we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check out but otherwise would recommend! "

"If I can give it six stars I will .It is elegant, staffs were courteous, hot spring area is outstanding! Dinner is like Michelin stars restaurant. Breakfast buffet is also outstanding. We’ll definitely come back again."
