"Room was clean and staff was amazingly helpful, specially housekeeping, they always made sure our needs were covered. Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting to relax in Mexico City."

"Great location - central to museums and restaurants and cafés, and the Room was good size. Gym was very sparse and busy. Laundry was a good addition. Also didn’t realize that there was no housekeeping - you had to pay extra for any housekeeping. Overall Would recommend this hotel."

"Amazing location: super central and great to walk around. Beautiful hotel, amazing roof top, great staff. My husband and I had dinner at the restaurant and it was really good and pretty expensive, but you can’t beat the view. It’s our second time in Mexico City and our second time at Hotel Zócalo central and I will stay again next time I cone."

"Such a nice boutique hotel in a safe area. We walked late at night without any concerns. Staff is extremely friendly. Metro stations are a 15-20 minute walk, which for us was a nice way to explore the area. Same items everyday for breakfast but we enjoyed it nevertheless. Underground parking is available though we didn't use it. Porfino Coffee shop is downstairs, open to 11pm, which we frequented."

"Lo que no me gustó fué donde se localizaba el hotel, la calle de atrás estaba muy fea y mejor ya no quise salir. Y otras cosa es que se oía todo lo que pasaba afuera del cuarto. De ahí en fuera todo bien."
